MFL is a high-energy fitness league platform designed for corporates and communities. We run structured 30–45 day leagues that drive engagement, competition, and real results.

We are in early launch mode — which means you’ll help build the growth engine from scratch.

What You’ll Actually Do

This is not a “make Canva posts” internship.

You will:

Use AI Tools to Generate Leads

- Identify HR heads, community leaders, and organisation admins
- Build targeted lead lists using modern AI tools
- Segment and structure the database

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Marketing

- Create and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Assist in branding, storytelling, and campaign execution
- Explore new platforms for content distribution

2. Lead Generation & Marketing Tools

- Work with tools like Apollo, WhatsApp Business, Email Marketing
- Manage inbound leads from website and campaigns
- Set up basic automation workflows (AI tools, messaging, follow-ups)

3. Sales & Conversion

- Engage with leads via WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn
- Follow up and help convert leads into customers
- Support the end-to-end sales funnel

4. Growth & Marketing Execution

- Work on growth hacking strategies
- Identify new channels for user acquisition
- Improve engagement and conversion rates

Who Can Apply





- Students / Freshers / 0–1 year experience
- Robust interest in marketing, startups, or sales
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn tools & execute fast
