Job Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and highly hygienic Full time Cook to prepare daily meals for a household or establishment in Nashik. The role can accommodate either a Live-In or Live-Out arrangement. The candidate must have prior experience cooking strictly authentic Jain meals, nutrient-dense Satvik bhojan, and a wide array of creative, fresh salads.

- Jain Cooking: Prepare strictly vegetarian food without root vegetables (like potatoes, onions, garlic, and carrots) and ensure ingredients are freshly prepared. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Satvik Bhojan: Cook fresh, wholesome, and lightly spiced meals using whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy, focused on promoting clarity and health. [6, 7, 8, 9]
- Salad Artistry: Design, chop, and assemble a wide variety of fresh, nutritious raw and cooked salads with oil-free or natural dressings.
- Extreme Kitchen Hygiene:Maintain an exceptionally clean kitchen,



washing raw ingredients thoroughly to adhere to strict spiritual and health protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Jain culinary restrictions and Satvik dietary principles.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Skill in selecting fresh, high-quality, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
- Knife Skills: Precision chopping and aesthetic presentation for various salad styles.
- Cleanliness: Strict adherence to personal hygiene and kitchen sanitization standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
