- 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM

About the Role

FastInfo Legal Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, and sales skills with the ability to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.

Candidates with an official Team Leader designation and prior team handling experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs and implement action plans to improve team performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Reporting & MIS Responsibilities

The candidate should have experience in preparing and maintaining:

- EOD Reports
- Target vs Achievement Reports
- Productivity Reports
- Attendance & Alteration Reports
- RAG Reports
- Performance Reports

Excel Skills Required

Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Conditional Formatting
- Basic MIS Reporting

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum experience as a Team Leader in a Sales environment.
- Official Team Leader designation on company records.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
