About the Role: immediately joining

ROYAL WOOD INDUSTRY is hiring an experienced Production Incharge to handle complete factory operations for Sewing Machine Tables and Wooden Furniture manufacturing. The candidate must be capable of managing production, workers, stock, billing coordination, and dispatch independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily production targets

Supervise factory workers and assign tasks efficiently

Ensure quality control of finished products

Maintain raw material and finished goods stock

Keep daily production and inventory records

Coordinate billing for completed orders

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery planning

Maintain discipline and smooth factory workflow

Report daily updates directly to management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing / furniture production





Strong leadership and team handling skills

Experience in stock, inventory & basic billing management

Ability to solve production issues independently

Responsible and target-oriented personality

Two-wheeler mandatory (for factory-related work)
