Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers using Google Search, LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospective customers.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze target industries and prepare research reports to support business growth initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition and business development strategies.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure lead information remains updated.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient follow-ups.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve research processes and lead generation methods.

Requirements





- Undergraduate or postgraduate students from Management, Commerce, Engineering, Economics, Arts, Science, or related disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior exposure to business development, sales, or market research is an advantage but not mandatory.
