Accounting & Transaction Management

- Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including high-volume purchase and sales entries.
- Oversee daily reconciliations of accounts and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Track and manage receivables, payables, and credit notes efficiently.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions for audit and compliance.
- Handle GST calculations, return filing, and compliance for purchases and sales.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Analyze financial data to track trends, cost control, and profitability.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Guide junior accountants and review their work for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, purchase,



and operations teams for smooth transaction flow.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP / SAP.
