Key Responsibilities

- Order Verification: Check glass size, thickness, and quantity against production output and invoices before loading.
- Secure Loading & Packaging: Supervise the secure placement of glass racks (A-frames) on trucks to prevent breakage during transit.
- Logistics & Routing: Plan cost-effective delivery routes and coordinate with transport vendors and drivers.
- Documentation: Generate and manage delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Team Management: Direct loading staff, helpers, and warehouse teams on safety standards.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Connect with production, sales, and customer care regarding dispatch timelines.
