Key Responsibilities

- Production & Operations Management
- Execute daily shift production plans to achieve targeted output and efficiency goals.
- Monitor machine allocation, material flow, and cycle times to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and report major equipment breakdowns to maintenance promptly.
- Quality Control & Material Management
- Ensure finished products meet strict visual, dimensional, and functional quality specifications.
- Track scrap rates, trim waste, and raw material utilization; implement measures to reduce reject percentages.
- Perform raw material verification and ensure proper staging at production lines.
- Manpower & Shift Administration
- Allocate operators and helpers across machines according to skill levels and shift schedules.
- Maintain shift attendance logs, record daily yield reports, and track downtime reason codes.
- Conduct shift handovers to communicate pending tasks, material updates, and operational issues.

Education - 12th Pass / ITI

Experience - Freshar

Soft Skills - Team leadership, shift coordination, problem-solving, basic MS Office/Excel proficiency
