Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

- Handling the logistics of the training and schooling sessions of the students.
- Assist the trainers in training the Government school teachers and facilitating sessions for students from government schools
- Maintain attendance of all sessions conducted and create weekly reports of weekly sessions conducted.
- Facilitating weekly peer learning sessions with the teachers, also taking part in the content development of the sessions
- Liaising and maintaining good rapport with the teachers and government officials

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

- Experience – Freshers to 3 years




- Prior work experience in the development sector of 1 - 2 years is an advantage
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory (written and verbal communication skills)
- Working knowledge of Marathi and Hindi language is a advantage
- Team player who can work effectively with peers, subordinates, and senior managers
- Excellent technical skills including Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google functions
- Passion for working in the education sector
- Ability to adapt quickly

Employment Type - Full Time
