Job Title:- Experienced Fashion Designer

Job Summary:- We are looking for an 5 years of experienced Fashion Designer to create innovative, trend-driven apparel collections that align with our brand identity and customer preferences. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, excellent technical design skills, and the ability to manage the design process from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Research fashion trends, market insights, and customer preferences.
- Develop seasonal collections, concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.
- Select fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and marketing teams.
- Conduct fittings and make design adjustments based on feedback.
- Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and TimeLine requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors throughout product development.
- Monitor product performance and recommend design improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging fashion trends, fabrics, and technologies.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 5 - 6 years of experience in fashion design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel collections and design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, textiles, and production processes.
- Experience creating technical specifications and tech packs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

- Fabric sourcing and vendor management.
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple collections.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- CAD: 3 years (Preferred)
- drawing/sketching: 3 years (Preferred)
- CLO 3D: 3 years (Preferred)
- Color and Texture Sense: 3 years (Preferred)
- Fashion Designer: 6 years (Preferred)
