About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and branding assets.
- Develop engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Design recruitment creatives, job posts, and employer branding materials.
- Edit images, illustrations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all creative materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.




- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Experience creating creatives for recruitment, corporate branding, or digital marketing.
