Job Description – Study abroad Counsellor

Responsibilities

- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist with applications, documentation, and admission processes.
- Explain scholarships, education loans, and visa procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student processing.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly application and admission targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust counselling and sales abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and excel

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puthiyangadi, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
