Tripkite Tours & Travels LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions. Both experienced candidates and freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare and provide suitable tour packages, honeymoon packages, and customized itineraries.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, terms, and travel arrangements to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with flight ticketing, hotel bookings, visa documentation, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.




- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam & English (Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism is an advantage.
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of travel products and destinations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operation, ticketing, or customer service role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
