About Us
Lead College is a registered training organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider delivering nationally recognised qualifications across multiple campuses in NSW and WA. We are committed to high-quality training and assessment across a broad range of industries including automotive, civil construction, community services, business, and building and construction.
We are growing our quality and compliance team and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented skilled to join us in a newly created role.
About the Role
As a Quality and Training Resources Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring Lead College's training and assessment resources meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and industry relevance. You will work closely with training coordinators, assessors and the compliance team to review, contextualise and quality-check learning materials across our full scope of qualifications.
This is a hands-on role that suits someone who understands the VET sector, has a background in one or more of our key training areas, and takes pride in producing accurate, well-presented and compliant documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review training and assessment resources for quality, accuracy and compliance with relevant Training Package requirements
- Contextualise resources to reflect Lead College's student cohorts, delivery environments and industry standards
- Apply and enforce Lead College's branding standards across all learning materials, assessment tools and session plans
- Conduct quality checks on assessment tools, learner guides and session plans prior to use
- Review student assessment submissions for completeness, formatting and compliance with assessment requirements
- Ensure all documentation is accurate,
version-controlled and filed in accordance with Lead College's naming conventions and document management procedures
- Identify and report gaps or non-compliance in resources to the Training Resources Coordinator
- Support the upload and verification of resources in the LMS (aXcelerate) prior to each intake
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of evidence for internal and external audits
- Record quality check outcomes in the relevant registers and trackers
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Background or study in one or more of the following: Automotive, Civil Construction, Community Services, Business, or Building and Construction
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Solid understanding of Training Package structure units of competency, performance criteria, performance evidence and knowledge evidence
- Experience reviewing or developing VET learning and assessment resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF tools
- Strong written English and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
- Experience with aXcelerate or a similar student management system
- Knowledge of ASQA's Standards for RTOs 2025
- Experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within a VET setting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
