We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Client Coordination Representative for our real estate firm. The role mainly involves handling client inquiries, making calls, sharing property details, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a non-target-based role focused on coordination and backend support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Share accurate property details and resolve client queries
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build solid client relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and meetings
- Coordinate with the social media marketing team for leads and inquiries
- Maintain client data and update records in the system
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
