Job Summary

The Table Tennis Coach will be responsible for coaching and developing students in table tennis by planning and conducting training sessions, improving technical skills, preparing teams for inter-school and external competitions, and promoting discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily table tennis coaching sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Develop training plans to enhance technical skills, fitness, and game strategies.
- Identify and nurture talented players for competitive tournaments.
- Prepare and accompany school teams for inter-school, state, and national-level competitions, as assigned.
- Organize practice matches, assessments, and internal competitions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of table tennis equipment and facilities.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and progress reports of students.
- Coordinate with the Sports Department for tournaments, events,



and sports-related activities.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the school management related to sports and student development.

Qualifications & Skills

- Certification or relevant qualification in Table Tennis Coaching.
- Experience in coaching school students and competitive players.
- Robust technical knowledge of the game and coaching methodologies.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during tournaments, school events, and as per the school's requirements.
