Junior Accountant – Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase reports on a regular basis.
- Monitor and track business expenses, ensuring proper documentation and recording.
- Assist with GST compliance, including data preparation, reconciliation, and filing support.
- Support fund flow management by tracking cash inflows and outflows and preparing related reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between accounting records and bank statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information.
- Support senior accountants and management with financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with GST regulations and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
