Senior Head Accountant – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting and financial operations.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Process PF, ESI, payroll, and salary on time.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and statutory reports.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Lead the accounts team and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, Taxation, PF, ESI, Payroll, TDS, and Tally/ERP.
- Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
