Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Specialist (FMCG Sales) to drive business growth through field sales, store visits, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching retailers and hotels, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit 5–10 retail stores daily to introduce and promote company products.
- Conduct product sampling and follow up to onboard 3–5 new stores per week.
- Identify and approach small & mid-sized hotels, arrange product trials, and convert at least 5 hotels per month into regular customers.
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve weekly sales targets (approximately 2,500 packets, subject to business requirements).
- Submit regular reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance.




- Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotional schemes, and customer feedback.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, ensure product visibility, maintain regular orders, and prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager on lead generation and sales updates.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales.
- Valuable customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in Dairy, Bread, Bakery, Water Can, or Food Products is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
