- Develop and manage Dealers, Distributors, Channel Partners, OEMs, Architects & Interior Designers.
- Expand dealer/distributor network and increase market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Conduct Dealer Meets, Architect Meets, Product Demonstrations & Promotional Activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Track sales activities through CRM and prepare sales & market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and customer engagement programs.
- Drive primary & secondary sales across assigned territories.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales
- Experience from Plywood, Laminates, Acrylic Sheets, Decorative Panels, MDF, Particle Board, Hardware, Adhesives, Paints, Tiles, Building Materials, or Interior Products
- Robust network with Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Interior Designers & OEMs
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
