Working Days: 6 Days (All Sunday's and 3rd Saturday is Off)
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
Mandatory Requirement: Fluent in Telugu and English
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to VLEs across assigned states/districts
- Understand and resolve VLE queries related to orders, payments, app/portal usage, and training
- Log call details, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team/department
- Follow up with VLEs to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone on all calls
- Meet daily/weekly call and resolution targets
Requirements
- Fluent in Telugu and English (spoken and understanding) is mandatory
- Hindi speaking ability — preferred, not mandatory
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or a call centre is an advantage
- Valuable communication and listening skills
- Patience and a problem-solving attitude while handling queries
- Basic computer/Microsoft Excel data-entry skills
- Willingness to work from the Jaipur office
