Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate new business, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting client meetings and site visits, and supporting business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.




- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for smooth sales operations.
- Participate in promotional events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 6+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
