புதிய மின்சார வயரிங் மற்றும் சாதனங்கள் பொருத்துதல் (New Electrical Wiring and Installations):

- கட்டிடப் புதுப்பித்தல் பணிகளின் போது புதிய வயரிங், விளக்குகள், மின்விசிறிகள் மற்றும் தொலைக்காட்சி (TV) போன்றவற்றை நிறுவ உதவ வேண்டும்.
- ஏசி (AC) பழுதுபார்க்கும் அனுபவம் இருந்தால் கூடுதல் முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும்.

Electrical maintenance:

- Support maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, RO plant, intercom etc.

மின்சாரப் பராமரிப்பு (Electrical Maintenance):

- மின்சார வயரிங், சுவிட்ச் போர்டுகள், ஜெனரேட்டர் (Generator), ஆர்.ஓ பிளான்ட் (RO Plant) மற்றும் இண்டர்காம் (Intercom)



போன்றவற்றின் பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் பழுதுபார்க்கும் பணிகளுக்கு உதவ வேண்டும்.

Additional responsibilities:

- Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying

- Maintenance technician capable of performing both electrical and plumbing maintenance will be given preference

- Work hours are 9AM to 7PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift

கூடுதல் பொறுப்புகள் (Additional Responsibilities):

- கட்டிடப் புதுப்பித்தல் பணியின் போது, புதிய மின்சார அல்லது தண்ணீர் குழாய்கள் பதிப்பதற்காகச் சுவர்களை வெட்டுவது போன்ற சிறிய சிவில் வேலைகளையும் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- மின்சாரம் (Electrical) மற்றும் பிளம்பிங் (Plumbing) ஆகிய இரண்டு பராமரிப்பு வேலைகளையும் செய்யக்கூடிய தொழில்நுட்ப வல்லுநருக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும்.
- வேலை நேரம் காலை 9 மணி முதல் இரவு 7 மணி வரை ஆகும். எனினும், அவசரக் காலங்களில் இரவு ஷிப்ட் (Night shift) வேலை செய்யத் தயாராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
