Experience required: 2 to 7 years as a AD sales / business development professional from any B2B Publication Industry / Manufacturing B2B Magazine Industry / Manufacturing Publication Industry / Manufacturing Event Industry
Manufacturing Today is a premier B2B publication that covers the global and regional industrial sectors, focusing primarily on India. It provides senior executives and professionals with in-depth news, case studies, and real-world management advice regarding factory automation, supply chain logistics, Industry 4.0, and sustainable manufacturing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ad Sales Management:
* Achieve and exceed ad sales targets for the print, online & events of our Manufacturing Today Magazine.
2. Event organization:
* Plan and execute profitable B2B Manufacturing industry events, both physical and online.
* Ensure events are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants.
3. Editorial collaboration:
* Provide strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans.
* Ensure content aligns with market trends and audience interests.
4. Digital Initiatives:
* Lead the digital initiatives of Manufacturing Today Magazine, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy.
* Innovate and implement digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach.
5. Branding and Networking:
* Spearhead branding initiatives to position the magazine as the leader in the B2B Manufacturing Industry space.
* Network extensively with Manufacturing Industry professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing preferably from manufacturing publication industry / B2B publication industry
* Robust leadership skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and networking abilities.
* Willingness to travel within India
Salary - Best Offered
Pay: ₹9,900.58 - ₹10,000.26 per month
