Job Description – Account Executive - Males only

Position: Account Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Handle purchase invoicing and supplier payments
- Maintain vouchers, receipts, bills, and payment records
- Reconcile sundry debtors and creditors
- Update accounts receivables and issue invoices
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly forecast reports
- Assist in preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Handle GST & TDS filing and payments
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain records of daily financial transactions
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Handle documentation related to credit rating certifications

Required Skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles




- Experience in GST & TDS filing
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/accounting software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
- Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance preferred
