We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to handle both B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills to guide students, parents, and business partners through the study visa process while achieving monthly admissions and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel B2C clients (students and parents) regarding study visa opportunities.
- Handle B2B agents by providing course, college, fee, and visa information.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with B2B agents and business partners.
- Guide students in selecting the right country, college, and course based on their profile.
- Explain the admission, visa, and documentation process clearly.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.




- Follow up with students and agents to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Experience in handling both B2B agents and B2C clients is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
