Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.
- Experience sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills
- Ability to maintain excellent candidate relationships and candidate experience
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
