Are you an engineering graduate with strong communication skills and an interest in education and student support?

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our growing EdTech team and assist engineering students from universities in the USA.

Your Role

You will communicate with students who visit our platform and understand their academic requirements related to:

* Engineering assignments

* Homework

* Academic projects

* Exam preparation

* One-to-one tutoring sessions

After understanding the student’s requirements, you will connect them with the most suitable tutor available on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with engineering students from the USA through chat, calls, or online platforms.

* Understand their subject, deadline, academic level, and support requirements.

* Recommend and assign the appropriate tutor based on the student’s needs.

* Coordinate between students and tutors to ensure smooth communication.

* Follow up with students and provide timely updates.

* Maintain records of student enquiries and tutor assignments.

* Help deliver a positive and professional experience to every student.





Who Can Apply?

* Engineering graduates from any branch.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Candidates with good spoken and written English.

* Candidates who are confident, responsible, and comfortable communicating with international students.

* Candidates with basic knowledge of engineering subjects.

* Previous experience in customer support, sales, academic counselling, tutoring, or EdTech will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
