Job Title: Hindi Telecaller Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Telecaller Executive to join our company.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
- Maintain valuable communication and build customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and update call records.

Requirements:

- Must have excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Good verbal communication in Hindi is required.
- Basic English communication skills are enough.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
