Job Description

- To assist the recovery team in the timely follow-up of outstanding royalty payments from licensees/partners .
- This role involves sending standardized communications, maintaining and updating recovery records, and supporting senior specialists in their negotiations .
- All work is performed remotely (phone, email, system-based) with no field visits required .

Key Responsibility Areas

- Experience & Education: A graduate (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred) with some exposure to or a strong interest in credit or finance .
- Communication:



Transparent and professional communication skills for initial remote interactions .
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and tracking .
- Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, with a proven ability to learn quickly, work independently on assigned tasks, and maintain confidentiality .
- Timeliness: Consistent and timely execution of follow-ups and data updates .
- Support: Effectively support senior team members by providing accurate data and timely assistance .
