The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cooperative Housing Society matters. They should be familiar with tasks such as recording minutes of meetings, maintaining records, filing documents, vendor management, general maintenance of the society, attending to member complaints, maintaining society registers, and drafting minutes, circulars, notices, and NOCs.

In addition, the candidate should have a thorough understanding of the Housing society bye-laws and rules, as well as computer skills. They should be capable of cross-checking bills and statements received from the accountant and be knowledgeable about the documents required for bill preparation, accounting to be provided to the Accountant and Chartered Accountant.

Proficiency in English is essential for this position.

Part Time Salary is Rs.20,000/- ( 6 Days - 4 Hours Duty)

Full Time Salary is between 35,000 to 40,000/- ( 6 Days - 8 Hours Duty)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
