Position: Sales Associate / Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented professionals for our real estate sales team. The candidate should have solid communication, sales, and client-handling skills with prior experience in real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales leads
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales processes
