We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Korean Language Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in the Korean language to students of various levels (Beginner to Advanced), focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The role also involves preparing students for recognized Korean language proficiency exams such as TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and deliver engaging Korean language lessons (A1–C2 levels).
- Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening with emphasis on practical usage.
- Prepare students for TOPIK and other proficiency exams.
- Conduct online and offline classes (as per requirements).
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop customized learning materials and resources.
- Encourage active participation and create an interactive learning environment.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrate them into lessons.
- Maintain proper records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Korean Language, Linguistics, or a related field.




- Certification in Korean Language Proficiency (TOPIK Level 5/6 preferred).
- Prior teaching/training experience in Korean language.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle students of different age groups and backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with Korean culture, history, and traditions to enrich classroom discussions.
- Creative approach to designing course materials and assessments.
