We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in the Digital Marketing or IT industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools is an added advantage.
