Chaithanya Granites & Marbles is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the timely dispatch of materials, coordinate with the store and logistics team, and ensure accurate documentation of outgoing deliveries. The ideal candidate should have experience in dispatch operations and good knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the daily dispatch of granite, marble, and other materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and transport records.
- Coordinate with the Store, Sales, and Transport teams for timely deliveries.
- Verify material quantities and quality before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch registers and update records in MS Excel.
- Track vehicle movements and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Follow up with transporters regarding delivery status.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate dispatch reports and submit daily updates to management.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or store operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (required).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch documentation.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Experience in the granite, marble, building materials, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
