We are seeking a skilled Commis I with hands-on experience in Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain high hygiene standards, and consistently prepare quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Continental, Indian, and Chinese dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in menu planning and current dish development.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience as a Commis I or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred: Experience in hotels, premium restaurants, cafés, or fine dining establishments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
