Job Purpose
Manage a team of 15 Personal Bankers to achieve portfolio objectives, including cross-sell, income, and service quality. Ensure operational adherence, customer engagement, and digital penetration to drive revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage PB Performance for Income Generation
Drive team for customer relationship management and revenue generation.
Monitor revenue and portfolio performance to meet monthly income targets.
Track and review PB performance to achieve business objectives.
Manage PB Performance for Portfolio Parameters
Ensure PBs meet portfolio benchmarks and build liability balances.
Engage customers with cross-sell and convenience products.
Track and maintain eligible customer groups in portfolios.
Digital Penetration
Enhance digital penetration through NB/MB activation.
Promote digital products like Bill Pay, Smart-pay, and mobile banking.
Encourage customer usage of digital banking facilities.
Sales Process
Ensure PBs contact customers per the calling plan.
Monitor call attempts, customer connects, and missed opportunities.
Review customer profiles and provide actionable recommendations.
Service Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Track PB service interactions and profiler updates.
Analyze PB performance in query handling and product pitching.
Identify training gaps and provide feedback for improvement.
Team Management
Motivate and engage the team to foster bonding.
Control attrition and address underlying causes.
