Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for an AI Conversation Designer (3–6 years) to design and optimize advanced conversational experiences. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful AI-driven interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end conversational experiences across multiple platforms.
- Define intents, entities, and conversation flows for AI systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Optimize conversational journeys based on user feedback and analytics.
- Work with AI engineers to ensure accurate NLP model performance.
- Conduct usability testing and refine chatbot interactions.
- Deliver presentations and design documentation to stakeholders.





Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Linguistics, Technology, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in conversation design or UX writing.
- Strong understanding of NLP, chatbot design, and user experience principles.
- Experience working with AI/chatbot platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge creative and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in voice-based assistants and omnichannel interactions.
- Knowledge of user research and data analytics tools.
- Experience in digital transformation or consulting environments.
