KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source and identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial screening and interviews.

Build a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.

2. Team Formation

Recruit and develop a dedicated team of Insurance Advisors.

Expand the distribution network through continuous hiring.

Support team members during the onboarding process.

3. Training & Onboarding

Ensure smooth onboarding of new recruits.

Provide product knowledge and business orientation.

Guide team members on company policies and compliance.

4. Team Management & Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor the distribution team.

Monitor individual and team performance.

Help the team achieve monthly business targets.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

5. Business Development

Generate recent business opportunities.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Support business growth through effective distribution management.

6. Experience required from 0-2 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
