ROLE- To work as HR Executive with focus on Recruitment based at Mumbai Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

· Recruitment - Responsible for Recruitment & Onboarding of Employees.

§ Running & Monitoring Job Ads on various Portals.

§ Interview Scheduling & Onboarding of Candidates.

§ Manpower Planning, Creating/Managing JDs, Meeting Business requirements.

· HR OPS - Responsible for HR Operations.

§ To manage Attendance & Leave Management System.

§ Salary Processing of Employees along with Accounts Team.

· Statutory Compliances - Responsible for HR Operations.

§ HR Policies- Improving existing HR Policies & also creating Recent Policies.

§ Statutory - Comply with all State protocols & Legal requirements related to HR.

WORK EXPERIENCE

· Candidates with 1-5 yr. Work Experience in HR.

· Freshers can apply for Internship.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
