Job Title: Placement & Marketing Officer

About the Role

Campus is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Placement & Marketing Officer to strengthen our student placement activities and campus marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, build strong industry relationships, and actively promote our courses while creating career opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate student placements, internships, and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Conduct placement drives, interviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Promote campus courses through offline and online marketing activities.
- Visit educational institutions, organizations, and businesses for partnerships and student outreach.
- Generate admissions through marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
- Organize seminars, workshops, career fairs, and promotional events.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and student progress reports.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to achieve admission and placement targets.
- Represent the campus professionally during client meetings and recruitment events.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in marketing, admissions, placements, or business development is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with recruiters and industry partners.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for marketing and placement activities.
