Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive who has hands-on experience with Gati Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, updating production records, and ensuring timely system entries to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in Gati Software.
- Maintain production, inventory, and order-related records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production, CAD, Marketing, Accounts, and other departments for data updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Ensure all entries are completed within the required timelines.
- Generate reports as required by management.




- Maintain confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills

- Mandatory knowledge of Gati Software.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
