1. Academic Delivery & Execution

- Curriculum Implementation: Strictly follow and execute the provided daily lesson plans and timetables without deviation.
- Concept Delivery: Teach pre-set concepts (Alphabets, Numbers, Phonics, GK) using the provided teaching aids and methodology.
- English Language Reinforcement: Maintain a 100% English-speaking environment. Ensure children are encouraged to speak and understand English during all activities.
- Activity Facilitation: Conduct planned activities (rhymes, story sessions, circle time) with high energy and enthusiasm to ensure student engagement.

2. Classroom Management

- Discipline & Routine: Maintain order during class hours. manage smooth transitions between activities (e.g., from playtime to study time).
- Student Engagement: Ensure every child is participating. Identify and support children who are distracted or not following the group.
- Material Management: Ensure all classroom materials (toys, books, stationery) are used carefully and stored back in their designated places after use.

3. Child Care, Hygiene & Safety

- Physical Safety: Supervise children constantly inside the classroom, during play breaks, and while using the washroomto prevent accidents.
- Hygiene Oversight: Ensure the Maid assists children with handwashing before meals and ensure they finish their tiffin.
- Emotional Support: Comfort children who are crying or unsettled. Act as a nurturing figure to help them feel secure and happy at school.

4. Parent Communication

- Daily Communication:



Fill out student diaries daily with accurate updates on homework, announcement, food intake, mood, and activities (must be grammatically correct English).
- Parent Interaction: Handle drop-off and pick-up queries professionally.
- Feedback: Provide clear observations about the child’s behavior and learning progress during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

5. Classroom Aesthetics (Soft Boards & Decor)

- Board Maintenance: regularly update soft boards and display areas with student artwork and theme-based charts (as per the monthly schedule).
- Environment: Keep the classroom visually appealing, organized, and welcoming for the children every morning.

Requirements

- Candidate to possess good English Spoken and Writing Skills.
- Computer Literate (MS Word - Mandatory), Canva/MS Powerpoint (Preferable)
- Nursery Trained Teachers (NTT/ECCE) with 2-3 Years of experience (preferable but not mandatory).
- Confident freshers with a bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching can also apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- kota Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
