Job Description – Senior Overseas Education Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Overseas Education Expert to guide students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of global education systems, university admissions, student visa processes, and international student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Guidance

- Provide expert counseling to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable study destinations and programs.
- Guide students through university selection, application procedures, and admission requirements.

University Admissions

- Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to universities and colleges abroad.
- Review Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other application documents.
- Track application progress and follow up with institutions for admission outcomes.

Visa & Compliance Support

- Provide guidance on student visa documentation and application processes.
- Conduct visa interview preparation sessions.




- Ensure compliance with immigration and university regulations.

Business Development & Partnerships

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities and partner institutions.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and student recruitment events.
- Support institutional partnerships and student enrollment targets.

Required Skills

- Strong counseling and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of overseas admissions and visa procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Solid relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in overseas education consulting.
- Proven track record in student recruitment and university admissions.
- Experience handling Australia, UK, Ireland, and New Zealand applications preferred.
