We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or Estimation & Costing Engineer to join our team at our Chennai office.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying, preferably with overseas project experience.
- Proven experience in pre-contract quantity surveying functions, including quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in measurement software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and similar applications.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.
