We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function and support the company's growth through strategic financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Treasury.
- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business decisions.
- Lead and mentor the Finance team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA or CMA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST,



TDS, Payroll, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Planning.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, Startup, or Professional Services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
