Job Title: Primary Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to teach all subjects to students in the primary grades. The teacher will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, delivering age-appropriate lessons, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all primary-level subjects in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments.
- Foster a positive, secure, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain academic records.
- Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and active participation in classroom activities.
- Manage classroom discipline and promote good behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Attend staff meetings, training programs,



and school events as required.
- Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., or B.Ed. preferred.
- Strong command of English and effective communication skills.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects at the primary level.
