About the Role

Bharani Silks is looking for a Receptionist to join our showroom team. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department or sales staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about the showroom.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain visitor records and other necessary registers.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Support the management with day-to-day reception responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
