Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end production operations at our furniture manufacturing unit located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Oversee the complete furniture manufacturing process, including cutting, machining, assembly, polishing, finishing, and packaging.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other production resources.
- Maintain high product quality standards by implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs, minimize waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality assurance, maintenance, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, workplace discipline, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including productivity and efficiency metrics.
- Train, mentor,



and supervise shop floor employees to improve productivity and operational performance.
- Resolve production-related issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished products in line with production schedules and customer commitments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Robust understanding of furniture production processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and factory operations.
- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory management, capacity utilization, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
