Job Overview

VProTech Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right training programs, internships, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding training programs, internships, and certification courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-in students.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, certifications, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counseling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and build trust with students.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Sales, Customer Support, or Telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the EdTech or Training Industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of IT training courses and internships is an advantage.
